The Social Security, Center for Data and Information (Jamsos Pusdatin) and Jakarta Social Agency (Dinsos) continue to make various efforts and coordinate with related parties for the smooth process of registering the Integrated Data for Social Welfare (DTKS) Phase II by Jakarta residents. Its registration for DTKS Phase II is open from May 9 to 28, 2022.

We have been coordinating with related units since March

Jakarta Dinsos Head Premi Lasari said, besides responding to responses from the community regarding the registration of DTKS Phase I which was held in February 2022, the Pusdatin had conducted various efforts to improve the DTKS system during the preparation for the second stage of registration for the convenience of the residents.

"We have been coordinating with related units since March. We then make various efforts to improve. After intense coordination and improvement efforts, based on the monitoring results for two days of registration, there are no longer any complaints from the public regarding system errors or slow access," he expressed, as quoted by Jakarta PPID's press release, Tuesday (5/11).

He explained that the agency had coordinated with the related regional apparatus organizations (OPD) to optimize the DTKS registration through checking land and vehicle data, validating citizenship identification numbers (NIK), and intensifying registrant hits which are still awaiting approval from the Home Ministry (Kemendagri), including the capacity of IT systems.

"The checking of land and vehicle ownership data is necessary, as this tax data is the basis for determining the DTKS registration process. There were previously 100,000 registrants and now we get 500,000 while waiting for approval from the Dukcapil," he explained.

During preparation for DTKS Phase II registration, the Pusdatin had carried out socialization and guidance to Officers for Data Collection and Social Assistance (Pendamsos) spread over 267 urban villages.

"For those of you who have difficulty registering online, you can contact the Dinsos in each urban village. In the future, they (Pusdatin) will evaluate Pendamsos in terms of both quality and quantity for better service," he stated.
